Payment and Delivery Initiation:

Delivery will only be initiated after receiving 100% of the invoice amount in cash. If payment is made through a Bank Cheque or other instruments, the delivery will be initiated post encashment or upon funds being received in the designated bank account.

 

Delivery Timeframes: 

For in-stock items, delivery within Islamabad/Rawalpindi and Lahore is typically completed within 2-3 Weeks. For non-stocked items, our sales representative will provide the estimated delivery date during order booking. The general import lead time ranges from 90 to 150 days.

 

Furniture Assembly:

Professional assemblers will be dispatched for furniture assembly within 2-3 Weeks post-delivery. Any alterations to the agreed date/time may result in additional charges payable before the assembly process. Deliveries and assembly of furniture outside Islamabad/Lahore may take 3-4 Weeks working days.

 

Responsibility for Delivery and Assembly:

Leather Galleria is accountable for the delivery and assembly of items. Should the customer opt to use their own transportation for delivery, the company will not assume responsibility for any damages incurred during transit.

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:

Once the delivery has been made, there is no option for return, exchange, or cancellation. We encourage customers to thoroughly review their orders before finalizing to ensure satisfaction.
